3. Do seniors or young children get free admission?

Children under 3 enter for free. Seniors (65+) can purchase tickets at the children's rate (1,594 THB).

4. Do I need to book in advance before visiting?

Advance booking isn’t required, but we recommend purchasing tickets online at [link] to avoid wait times.

5. What is the expiration policy for purchased tickets?

The expiration date is stated on your e-ticket. Check your email confirmation or contact us if you need assistance.

6. If I don’t use the water attractions, do I still have to pay an entrance fee?

Yes, all guests must pay the standard admission fee, which includes access to pools, slides, and live shows.

Activities & Food Options

1. Does my entrance ticket include all attractions?

Most attractions are included, but Go-Kart , Surfing , and Bumper Cars require an additional fee.

2. What food options are available inside the park?

We offer a variety of food, including:

Park Facilities & Policies

1. What are the park’s operating hours?

The park is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except Wednesdays. Rides close at 5:45 PM. Check our website for holiday updates.

2.Are swimsuits required?

Swimsuits are not mandatory. You can wear comfortable shirts, shorts, or leggings (without zippers/buttons). Shoes, hats, and sunglasses must be removed before entering water attractions.

3. Are swimwear rentals available?

We do not offer swimwear rentals, but swimsuits are available for purchase at our retail shops.

4. Can I rent a towel at the park?

Yes, towel rentals cost 107 THB, with a 300 THB deposit.

5. Are there weight restrictions for attractions?

Yes, some slides have a weight limit of 120 kg (260 lbs) for safety reasons.

6. Are private accommodations available for rent?

Yes, we offer cabanas:

‍VIP Cabana – 4,000 THB
