Customizing Your Experience

Fill out our Corporate Event Form, specifying:
Number of attendees (including employees and guests)
Choice of food (Indian, international, vegetarian, Jain-friendly options, etc.)
Accommodation needs (hotels, private villas, or beachside resorts)
Transportation requirements (airport transfers, private shuttles, etc.)
Team-building activities, training sessions, and entertainment preferences

Receiving a Customized Quotation

Once we have your details, we’ll create a tailored event proposal with:
Pricing breakdown for park access, dining, accommodation, and activities
Custom event packages based on your company’s budget and preferences
Optional add-ons (private event spaces, branding opportunities, VIP experiences)
You’ll receive a detailed quotation to review before finalizing your booking.

Finalizing the Booking

Once you approve the quotation, we’ll send a formal agreement and request an initial deposit to secure your event.
Our team will work closely with your corporate representative to finalize the schedule, event details, and logistics.
Any last-minute customizations can still be accommodated at this stage.
